Artist's Description
This happens to be my best friend (of the furry type) and her name is AKC Princess Sunrise Petunia affectionately known as Baydie. She came with me on a photo shoot and was one happy girl! She is a red brindle English Bulldog. Photo taken at Scott Lake which is south of Olympia, Washington in November 2012.
About Jeanette C Landstrom
I'm a southern born and raised country girl at heart although I have resided in the beautiful state of Washington for over 30 years. I fell in love with the camera the first time I saw one. I needed no one to explain it's potential even at that young age. I'm a wife and mother of three and money was always tight while raising the kids. There was no time nor money back then to explore the magic with a camera. My children are now grown and retirement nears although my love for the lens has never faded. I'm now at a place in my life where I'm able to dive head first into my photography which is my passion. It amazes me still that I'm able to capture through my lens what the eye sees. I hope my work blesses those who see it as much as it has...
