I photographed these stunning Rhododendrons at Tumwater Falls Park in Tumwater Washington. This is the first year I have photographed these flowers at Tumwater Falls Park professionally and my heart is so filled with joy. I love the Pacific Northwest with all my heart and never grow tired of photographing all the beauty that nature has to offer here. Spring 2016.

I'm a southern born and raised country girl at heart although I have resided in the beautiful state of Washington for over 30 years. I fell in love with the camera the first time I saw one. I needed no one to explain it's potential even at that young age. I'm a wife and mother of three and money was always tight while raising the kids. There was no time nor money back then to explore the magic with a camera. My children are now grown and retirement nears although my love for the lens has never faded. I'm now at a place in my life where I'm able to dive head first into my photography which is my passion. It amazes me still that I'm able to capture through my lens what the eye sees. I hope my work blesses those who see it as much as it has...
